The Mini CNC is a flexible and economic way to automate small injection moulding machines from 25- 150 tons. The Freely Programmable control with step by step guide, makes it possible to create a new program in a matter of minutes all operations and commands are extremely user friendly making it the ideal choice for simple pick and place applications.

E Design

The eDesign robot range is designed for pick and place applications and for more complex automation and can be easily connected to pheripheral equipment . With the wide range of models from the 6-5 eDesign with 4kg handling weigth up to the largest 16-7 eDesign with 15 kg, it manages the requirements of machine sizes from 25-800 tonnes.

X/S Design

The xDesign range of robots is ideal for high demand production cycles whether it be short cycle times or challenging automation tasks . The innovative design and technologically advanced components result in stability and high precision movements. There are almost no limits to how many functions can be added for high end automation. The xDesign is suitable from machines sizes from 25- 650 tons

X- Line

The proven design of the xLine robot range is based on more than 20 years of development in the plastic industry. Stability and stiffness result in high accuracy for insert moulding and product takeout. The new laser welded axes gives higher strength compared to aluminium profiles and result in higher working load and minimal vibration

Ideal suited to machines from 100 to 5000 tons and lifting capacities of up to 125Kg makes it the perfect solution for large mouldings such as automotive components and building products
